Worst experience received

Highly dissapointed by service received at Pep in Polokwane crn Rissik. They opened at 9:15 instead of 9:00 as stated on their opening times. They were unapologetic about it, and said they were praying. The lady also refused to give me her name as they were not wearing name badges either. I told her I would escalate the matter, she said I'm not a police officer and she does not report to me. Wow, pep stores, is this the kind of service your staff give to us? She was very rude, the security guard was also rude.
