Worst Experience at Pep Home

So I imagine peacefully walking into Pep Home in Cradock to but essential oils because Pep always has great offers for their products. Then I find them at very affordable prices and then I take them to pay and the cashier tells me that the price is more and I politely said unfortunately since they are a retailer and they advertised the price on the tag I will only pay that price and nothing more. She calls the supervisor after I nicely asked her to so that she can explain but as the manager was not there the supervisor Charmia comes and tells me that their system won’t allow them to sell it to me at the advertised price and I must pay more. I told her that’s unfortunately not my problem and that it’s their problem that they did not update the price tag on the items. She said they can’t do anything. What a shocking service experience!!!!! I’m sooooo appalled at this as a paying customer protected by the CPA. And the fact that the cashier next to the till I was getting assisted on agreed with me was even more annoying because she knew what I was talking about but the supervisor didn’t. Wow just unbelievable poor service. Now I wasted my time even going there.
