worst experience

<p>My name is Mzukiseni Manyebese, Yesterday I went to Pep Store in Airport Mall, Cape Town..The service I recieved from the manager her self is out of this world, in my entire experience as I was once also a manager I have never seen such a rude manager. I wanted to do money tranfer for my sick mother in the Eastern Cape. I stood on the que then when I was about to go I realised I forgot my ID in the car so i ran to fetch it, and luckoly the line was not so long then I stood again, Im telling you as I was next, the manager told me that the ID does not belong to me I borrowed it, I look exactly the same as in person in my ID but she did not even want to listen, I tried by all means to prove the ID is mine and wrote down my ID number, guess what? she told me my hand writting is very bad she cant see the numbers clearly..who does that? she even called security to kick me out of the store, the store had to close down because I was also taking none of it, even the workers tried to assist but that woman just went crazy and did not want anyone to attend me. please let me know what kind of madness is that? I am very angry and dissappointed. she did not even want to give me her name so i took a picture and told her i will delete it once she told me her name, she finally gave me her name which she claims is Heslene Zic, dont even know if that is her correct name. Im fuming please get back to me ASAP. Thank you</p>
