Worst customer service

I visited pep store last week and never have I been so disrespected in my life. The lady was rude and refused to continue assisting me after I complained about her attitude. I reported this to pep and still haven't heard from them. I followed up and still nothing. That lady must have known that she was going to get away with her rude behavior because she told me to run along and report her and pep is mute.
