Worst Customer Service

I am very disappointed and fuming at the same, I have been to pepstores dawn park several times for paxi, while waiting in a long, slow queue in the store eventually when i get to the tills, I am always told that they don't have plastics or the device is not working and always being referred to pepcell. This is very frustrating and ***********.

Please see to it that this matter is solved and ensure better customer service in future.
