Worst customer experience to date

I asked this lady if they had particular pants in the store, she gave me a shrug which I wasn't sure what it meant, I asked if it meant that she doesn't know or if they longer had the item on stock the she said they don't have it and few seconds later we found the items not so far from where we were. I went back to her to inform her that we found the pants which she had just told me were out of stock she then proceeded to say "well it's a good thing that I found them" so no sense of remorse at all. I spoke to the manager whom she asked to apologize then it was a whole back and forth between she and I.. in the end she refused to apologize...I then realized that she has no respect for her job, zero people skills and absolutely no regard for her superior...this was the most appaling treatment I have been exposed to.

I felt that I was not heard in the most triviliazing way...the sad part of it all is that Tshepiso the manager does not seem to be able to control or reprimand her staff...
