Worst Customer Experience

I've suffered the worst and most disgusting customer service from PEP Walmer Park in PE. Only need to exchange a pair of poor quality slippers which was a gift for my daughter bought in Cape town in this week and an extremely rude and unhelpful employee would not even listen. I had a copy of the slip which was sent via WhatsApp by the person who bought the gift and was told that the slip is not valid and I must have the original...how am I suppose to get the original back in PE? I asked...that's your problem sir...thank you very much...and by the way this employee educated me about PEP's in house policy of writing this item off. But it is all good for them to have my daughter having a gift from her aunt for 1 day and not having to wear it ever again...this is beyond me...seriously
