Worst customer care

Just had the worst customer service ever today at Pep clothing store in Northgate and when i thought the manager would help she (Cynthia) just gave me attitude and its the second time this happens she doesn't know how to deal with customers and her people's skills are very poor i purchased dove soaps as the price showed that they are R22, 99 for the 2 pack when i was paying i was told that the 2 packs are finished and the price im seeing there the staff forgot to take it out and she didn't know how much the 1 packs are as i was complaining i had security and metro police called to kick me out of the store. I need help with this problem because it's not the first time and im sure it will happen again if it goes unresolved
