Worst courier services

PAXI Hi Hellopeter.com I Takalani one of many people complaining about PAXI and their services that's horrible and they do nothing to follow up. I used their courier service to send a parcel worth more than R5000 on the 28th November 2024 with the option to get my parcel delivered withun 7 days even today nothing no communication I've been following up almost every day and when you get hold of them they tell you they will email the courier company but nothing happened. This is I huge inconvenience as the parcel had a purpose. What makes it worse they don't care about their customers
