Worst courier service ever

Paxi is the worst courier service I have ever come across. A parcel was sent from Lansdowne to Strand on 27 November 2018 and today is 21 December 2018 and it still hasn't arrived in Strand. This is to spite numerous calls to both Paxi and Pep Lansdowne. The manageres Connie tells me one story and Paxi tells me another story.. i have spent around R300.00 on calls to these 2 but daily I het different stories. They advertise that they courier Unisa stuff but I really feel sorry for the students that make use of their services because I doubt whether Unisa will get the items in time. Paxi customer service managers promise to follow up and phone you but no call ever gets made. The call centre people try and convince me that the parcel is on its way to the Lansdowne store yet that is the store it was sent from.

I have really had it with Paxi and can never advise anybody to make use of them. I could have walked from Strand to Lansdowne and fetched the parcel quicker then what Paxi with a vehicle can deliver a parcel. Customer service is lacking big time and they should rather close their doors.
