Worst Christmas because of these people

These people really don’t care about their customers I really regret ever using them. My mom sent my son clothes as I was not working 2025 so she bought clothes in Brit’s to send them to us in joburg as I couldn’t go home and celebrate Christmas either then and also buy Christmas clothes the clothes were sent on the 02/12/2025 even today we still haven’t received the clothes I borrow money to be able to call the call centre and just find out where the clothes r I spoke to Zenande and she promised she will escalate the matter and I will get the clothes within the next 24 to 48 hours this was before Christmas and still today I have nothing
