Worst buying experience ever at pep Chris hani crossing store manager Palesa

I went to buy a Stylo Saturn at chris hani crossing on the 20 November 2023,when I get home I put the phone on the charger and pop a notification that my battery is cold and I was surprised because the phone is new,I was off for one day at work so couldn't go back to the store,I went back on the 3 day and presents the phone to the consultant,She took the phone and went at the back when she comes back she told me the phone is damaged due to liquid damage and I was shocked because when the phone was not charging I put back to the box in a safe place there was no way water could reach that place,so I had to buy another phone because I needed a phone which cost me even more money because I thought maybe the phone was really damaged because of the liquid,so the consultant wiped the sweat on the phone and gave it back to me,I went home put the back in the box,To my surprise when I checked where the liquid was coming was not actually inside the phone but from the pouch they gave me with the phone and I was crossed because I thought it was my fault,I wiped the liquid from the pouch and put in a rice because I lost hope then there was no water in the phone,I put the back cover and pouch together and the sweat was coming from the pouch without a phone,Today is Sunday I went back to the store and I spoke to the manager her name is Palesa God she was so arrogant,when I tell her my problem she was not listening to understand all she wanted was to respond with no solution,She kept saying it's fault I damaged the phone with liquid and she will book the phone for repair and if they reject she pay with money and I told her I need solution not boasting,There was a piece of rice on the phone so she took her phone a took a picture and say I got you,you can go ahead and report me I'm not going to help with your phone but she was not willing to help in a first place,So is pep doesn't not look at this matter Palesa will run your store to the Ground she even told me I make her a fool just imagine I pay my hard earned cash to buy the phone and she takes this as a game,she made fun of me in front of other customers I was crossed,My problem is not solved and I will never buy at Pep again or even recommend any person to do so especially the one at chris hani crossing store manager Palesa😡
