Worst Arrogant disgusting service!!!

Today 05/06/2022 I went to Pep to use the Paxi service, the Cashier told me if I didnt have the store number she cant assist, I asked how so when I have the store name and place, she said they recently experienced parcel loss, so she cant assist, she then said she'll call the person who works with Paxi. An arrogant 'Mike' - without a name tag, who saw no need to greet, but jump into telling me that without a store number he wont assist and when I asked is it their Pep only that operates in that way as I did use the Paxi service two weeks back he said I should then go back to where I was assisted-The nerve! I specifically asked if he meant that I wont be assisted in that store he said go back where you were assisted and left. The cashier then called another lady Mathabo who seem to be the store manager and after a long unnecessary argument we came to an understanding and I was served by her!
