Worse service ever!!!!!!

I wrote a report on the disappointing service I received from Pep in Tzaneen Mall. however since that time, the service went from bad to worse. This report is to let people know, NOT to EVER, buy a cell phone from that store. You will regret that decision very quickly. The store manager Diana is never there, nor does she do follow up on the complaints, and the Area Manger, has absolutely no authority, not the will to assist. The products they sell are faulty, and they don't care how long you have to wait to get the unit exchanged. some bogus policy, which don't allow you to get a refund, nor an exchange before 30 days. You pay for a new Cell phone, it works for a few weeks, and you wait a month to get it fixed. Really!! I kid you not. Don't ever buy a phone from them. Service is terrible.
