Worse customer service

I went to PEP store in church street next to basket bargain on Thursday 20/02/20.As I was busy looking for what I wanted, the guy that works there told me to go put my handbag at the parcel counter. I told him my handbag had my wallet and my cellphone he told me that the bags are not allowed in the shop. I had to leave and go buy somewhere else because I could not leave my personal belongings in the parcel counter.
