Wonderful service received from this lady!

Yesterday in the late afternoon just few minutes before closure time my friend and I visited PEP Standerton as I needed to buy a new cellphone, waited a bit because the lady was helping an older lady before us and explaining everything to details regarding the cellphone.<br> We got our chance as well wow it was so heart warming to see someone still smilling& friendly at that time of the afternoon where many service providers miss it as they are rushing to go home since the shop was closed, howver she was just helpful and i must say that's what i call excellent customer service.<br> <br> Thanks Wendy, we need more of your kind as they are very rare these days.
