***** within PEP Cell

On 29/9/2023 @ 10h25 I deposited R2010 Inc transaction fee at PEP cell Ndofaya. As soon as I was informed by the person I was sending money to that the voucher has been redeemed. I went to PEP and they did not want to provide me with information and they told me to call customer service who then advised that the voucher was redeemed at ABSA Dobsonville the same day at 11H15. And told me to open a case Case was opened which is still dragging therefore I request that PEP refund me my money as clearly it seems like an inside job because where would that person get the voucher number and Pin code.
