Witbank downtown pep cell

I bought a phone last week Monday and it was not responding to any settings then I decided to take it back 🙃 sadly enough I was told that the phone is not returnable, it's an itel v41 .That cashier should have explained every detail about that stupid phone of theirs but she decided to keep quiet. I hate that cashier and also the service of that store very poor useless
