Wiithin the 7 day period

Hi All

I will never use Pep ever again, I still love your products however after this horrible experience, I seriously doubt ill ever use the service again as I was refused to return my phone by Aphiwe in Golden Acre.

I bought a phone on the 1/11/2017, I then returned the goods today as the item is damaged, the phone will switch off automatically, I have to keep on switching it on each time, and for some reason when I'm in certain location it has no signal.

As per CPA I'm still within my time frame to return the phone, she bluntly refused to accept the return, she just turned my good experience with Pep into a horrible one.
