Which managing or proffesional s****s??

<p>Yesterday i was told i can not buy a beanie at pep because the promotion only starts on Friday so i said according to law if i found it with a pricetag on the shelf i can buy it. Manager came not making eye contact let alone talk to me, grabbed the item, dissapeared, ccame back pulled the tag of and flung it on the counter. I was asked by the teller if i will pay cash for it and said yes. The lady next to me also had a beanie like that and was told she cant have it for the same reason so i told her that if she pays cash she can, i just did. Her teller yelled at me that its not my problem and she was explaining to her etc. The manager chirped in and said that she was taking them off the shelf and then went on in zulu. So i told her she is unprofesional and if this is how customers are treated she will find my review on hello peter so she said: YEs ..you do that. I cant help but wonder how do you become a manager if you have no manners, people s****s or are so unproffesional. Pep... you are losing money because of your staff.</p>
