Where can I get help?

I bought Dstv decoder on the 3rd April.Still waiting for installation,I went to pep 2x for follow up with installation.im waiting my petrol and airtime for calling the person who's installing and that person he's giving me attitude and now he's not picking up my calls.its 10 days now still waiting for them
