What is the need to get your pep card when your cashiers don't want to swipe them 🤔

I went to pep store in Kwathema and I was helped by a cashier named Bheki ,he had an attitude because I came with a baby hat without a price tag and then I asked him to swipe my pep card and he **** bluntly and said he swiped it and when he gave me the slip you could see that his happy with what he has done because I did not want to go back to the shelf and bring a hat with a price tag ....whose fault is it when cloths don't have tags mind you I was carrying a small baby in my back .Pep store remind your cashier about customer service and not to lie to customer as we buy there for them to keep their jobs 😡😡
