What customer service?
Tried to change an item in store, but they did not have a bigger size. When I asked if they can look which store do have stock I was informed that they are not allowed to do that. (huh??)
Tried to e-mail customer service, waited 2 days - No response. Phoned the customer service - 30min on the line - No response.
Is anyone in the Customer service department working?
