What can't I use your Services, Why I'm being ignored.

Yesterday i was trying to do a cash send to someone, and my transaction kept on declining, the cashier tried multiple times and it kept on declining. I called customer care and they said I must go back to the store and ask them to reboot the system. Today I went and still it kept on declining. I was advised that I'm on Fica listing, I tried other shops and still. I called again and the lady at customer care said there is nothing that shows under my name. I tried contacting Pep again on Twitter, my post was ignored, I even sent a Dm still no 1 is helping. I have some1 stranded waiting for money, and I can't send money, Why. I want to know how come I'm listed on your System at Pep Stores, as I don't remember committing any ***** activities, especially at your stores.
