What a poor service

Poor service rendered by Tshego from pep home mams mall,5748-04 bought some few items at the store and asked if I can get a bigger plastic I was told pep law does not allow them to. When I asked where it’s written? I was told in the book but they showed me nothing. Extremely disappointed as I bought item to an amount of R112,93 they lost a customer.
