wet floors with no sign-age and bad service

was in your store on the 28/10/2018 and i don't understand why every time we go in your store on the weekend for some lazy last minute shopping we have to fight with your staff to SHOP in the store because the shop floor is wet. NO SIGN-AGE just angry ladies screaming at kids and their mothers. the whole store was wet because every sells person had a mop, at the back, the middle and front of the store at 16:00 When i get to the tell i notice that the price on the till is not changing as she scans my items, i asks her why she just says the price is the price and she tells me pure nonsense about she works there and she knows what shes doing. i only noticed while fighting with her that the machine is slow to update prices while she scan. after i pay, i didn't even take 3 steps and she said something to the rest of the cashiers and they laughed. angry is an understatement!!! teach your people to get of the till if they feel annoyed by serving and talking to customers. i went back yesterday against my boyfriends wishes to buy baby underwear and thank you to the girls that do a good job because it makes not want to hide your PEP plastic bag in public.
