Well I send a parcel on the 9th Oct 2021 delivery would be 21 Oct 2021 yet it didnt arrive yet they keep saying there was a delay but it didn't get to the receiver and I keep whatsapp them but they open a case nr but its makes me furious because they not keeping to the date estimates on the sms
