was at pep home yesterday at matlosana mall to purchase a cable charger the lady on the till helped me I even ask if it's a right product she said yes she did fit it on my phone the problem was we did not check if it is right only to find out at home it doesn't support output it has small pins only,the mistake that I did I threw recipt with the trash the box was in my car box is little bit wet I bought the charger yesterday today went to the shop ask for exchange bt I dnt have recipt the manager gave me an attitude telling me she won't do exchange because the box it's wet I dnt have recipt I asked her bt they can do re print she said they don't do reprint,how? she said it's like that she can't help me raising voice on me infront of the customer I left the charger at store
