Warrenton Pep manager useless and rude

After buying a pair of sandals for my little girl last week at Warrenton, Northern Cape's branch Pep Stores, i came home, putting it away in her closet, never realising that one is a size 11 and one a size 12. This morning i wanted her to wear it to school, and saw that it was different sizes, so i told her i would go exchange it. After searching through the whole house i couldn't find the slip, but the price tag is still attached to the sandal. I went to the Pep, i stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me before i go and find a new pair. The one lady was busy helping someone with a phone, but the manager, Antoinette Roetz, saw me standing there, but instead of helping me she just kept putting packets of sweets on the shelves. The one that was busy helping with a phone came and asked if i came for an exchange, i explained to her about the different sizes but i didn't have a slip. She said i have to ask the manager, but when i turned, she wasn't at the sweets shelve anymore. So i walked to the back where the shoes is, to go look if the was another pair still available and got one last pair, both the same size. I went to stand in the line, when it was my turn, it was the one who helped with the phone at the till. Unfortunately i didn't get her name. I said to her again i have come to exchange, instantly with an attitude she tells me that i must first go and give the packet that i wanted to exchange at the counter. I told her, that i stood there and no one came to help me. She then took my packet and the new pair of shoes and threw it to the till next to her and said i must move. I asked her politely why doesn't she want to help me, she ignored me and kept talking to the person behind me. I asked her again why she didn't want to help me, and again she ignored me. Now getting real angry i asked for the third time why she didn't want to help me, and she just said, go to the next till. I was real upset and told her that she is really rude and moved to the next till. This lady helping me was so nice, asking me what was the problem and so on. After i told her i didn't have the slip, she said very politely she don't think we can do it without the slip and called the manager. So this Antoinette came, i told her, she said she couldn't help me, they got an email saying that they can't exchange without slips. I told her but what must i now do with a pair of shoes thats different sizes. She walked to the office, came back with a paper and almost threw it in my face to show the email. That made me real angry, because she is the manager, but acting like a child. Then i told her i want to complain about the other one's bad attitude throwing my stuff and telling me to move. She asked her why she did it, and instantly she begins yelling about me telling her she is rude and i didn't give in my packet at the counter, Antoinette just saying" yes i saw her,she was busy with a phone". So at that point i realised she, (Antoinette) saw me standing there but didn't offer any help, instead, she packed sweets on the shelves. So i just took my stuff and said that this Pep would never see me again with their rude staff, and with that the rude one at the counter yelled, " Yes, that's right". This really upsets me because i am a regular customer, i buy all of my childs clothes there, and as im busy with moving in my own place, i buy all of my household stuff i need there, there isn't a week that goes by without me buying stuff there. They could have at least be nice without talking to me like a child and yelling. I will never buy anything at any Pep if the guilty parties is not being dealt with.
