Wall paper falling off, after being installed

I recently purchased 5 rolls of pre glued wall paper from the Pavillion store, it has started peeling off since then, and completely coming off I had to use masking tape to hold it up, my bedroom wall is a disaster.

I've reported it to the customer service, spoke with Martin who said he would get the area manager to call me and address the complaint, no joy till date no contact with area manager of Pavillion.

We then went to Pavilion and spoke with Store manager Mphume, who also said she would inform area manager, yet again no response from area manager.

Extremely disappointed with service from Pep home Pavillion.
