waited 20 minutes for computers to restart

I went to Pep in roodepoort Cbd today the 28/12/17 got the at exactly 09:00 got what i wanted and went to the pay point,there was about 5 staff members behind the till,2 counting floats the rest just standing there talking to each other,no one bothered to explain why we are not helped till this other customer ask what is the problem,then one lady said the tills are off,i mean for like 20 minutes waiting for tills to restart while tje aircons are not working and no one is explaining to us or apolgising what is happenning they are busy talking about their,had the staff been in the store a bit earlier this would'nt have happend the service is just pathetic,you as a business need to train your staff on the importance of good service
