Voucher reprint complaint

Kindly assist, l bought flash voucher yesterday at Pep Limpopo mall store no 0607 and lost it. The following day I went to PEP for serial number reprint. They said they're not able to help me. I contacted their head office, they gave me an email address for customer care. I did contact customer care via email and advised me to call Flash. And at they'll request for serial number which I don't have. Pep must provide me the serial numbers. I can't afford to loose R600 just like that.
