Vodacom Kicker V3 phone

After waiting four weeks to get the phone from Vodacom I received the phone but looking at the job card I see they replace the phone since they could not repair it and the phoned worked until I installed Whatsapp and my banking apps and then I tried opening Capitec app and the screen went white and could not do anything and had to take off battery and start the phone again but just by opening any app or trying to make a call it went to white screen and had to take off battery. After so many attempts I had to do factory reset by using power and volume down and it also went to white screen but now when you restartit by taking battery off it gives you welcome screen where you need to choose language and press next and as soon as you press next it goes again to white screen. I want Vodacom to call me because I am taking it back to Pep because I had to pay an extra R90 for this and I am not willing to wait any longer than a day with a phone again. The job card for the phone is ********** 7- ********** 6 in George Vodacom repairs tel. ********** 145 and the phone bought at Pep George tel. ********** 670. I want my money back or a new phone nothing else.
