Violation of my constitutional rights

To whom this may concern My name is Khethiwe Seopela. On the 08th of September I recommended pep eastrand mall to my aunt as she wanted to buy a few things. I told her to go to the pep at eastrand mall as I shop from there and I loved the variety they keep my aunt drove from Dayveton all the way to eastrand mall. The little did I know we were just about to have the worst day of our lives. She did her shopping and she went to pay apon exiting the store the was a gentleman at the door who had a name badge that read Bongani, she was told he needed to search her personal bag and the plastic she was holding. She told the gentleman he can't dig in her bag as that's what he wanted for her to open her bag so she can go through it she refused which is well within her rights, when she asked why does he have to search her bag he uttered the words ( we don't trust you people as we having a big stock lose and y oh can't be trusted.) my aunt told him to chech his footage and tell her if she had ****** something he refused she walked out. She then came to me to tell me about her experience and how Bongani made her feel like a ***** and how had raised his voice at her belittling her in front of his other colleagues. She was very angry I told her I will call to find out what happened and speak to the Manger. At around 4:30 on tuesday I called the store a lady answered and did not give her name and I asked to speak to the manager she asked what is it in connection with, I told her I have a complain to lay she then put the phone on the side and said to someone. It's a client she wants to complain she gave the phobe to a gentleman I asked what his name was he said Bongani why. I then said ohh OK the famouse bongani, he said to me famous for what what do u want. I asked him is that a way u speak to ur clients he said to me just get to the point I asked him if he is the manager he said to me no I'm not the manager um a consultant I told him I had asked to speak to a manager he loughed at and said what do you want exactly. I asked him if that is a proper way to speak to a client he said to me first of all I don't know who u am because first I was speaking Zulu and now English so clearly I'm confused I don't know myself as a black why in I speaking English In the background I could hear other stuff members loughing at the top of their voices as I was being made a fool and insulted by bongani. I asked him if he owned pep or worked there he said to me are you stupid pep is a franchise I don't own it I work here ofcourse I work here. Again I askef him is this how u speak to ur clients at pep he again loughed at Me and said u are now stating to bore me u have drama shem and he put the phone down I am laying a complained against bongani for insulting me as a client and more violeting my constitutional right of speaking speaking English as a black person and telling me I don't know myself I'm confused. I'm really beyond disgusted with how a pep consultant felt it was OK with him to violate my constitutional right as a south African Is this how pep has trained their stuff to be above the law and insult clients of color who choose to speak English.
