violation of 7 day return policy and cpa

bought phone on 7/5/2015 took it back on 21/7/2015 because i had no signal and no imei number the store would not help me neither would the regional manager who was as rude as ever today is the 29th and i am still fighting to get the device exchanged even cell c has said that i am in my full legal rights to exchange the device and zte the manufacturer says i have 14 days.<br> <br> pep cell say that hte 21st is the 8 day and that had i brought it back on the 20th they would have helped me because 20th is 7 days from 14.... the cpa also says i have 6 months so i do not know what their problem is. all i want is a device that works i paid R750 that i had to work very hard for and now it seems like it is all in the drain,<br> <br> staff at the store also called me a moffie when i left the store because i am *** and married to a man.
