Very very very rude Sandra at PEP store in harswater

Very very very rude lady by the name of Sandra at PEP store Harswater, no regard for anything or anyone. Firstly, she did not have the right information about what I was buying(Huawei router), I had to school them on that 2) spoke in a language she thought I didn't understand to her colleagues about me a customer and even at the end of it had the nerve to divert the problem to something it was not.

I'm really disappointed and will definitely not visit that store anymore and my friends and family too.
