Very very pooooooooor service

I am at pep Mam's mall the que is long,only one till open,I asked Precious where is the manager ,she said there is no manager on duty,she then asked me what I want I told her& her respond was when we are left with 15min to close they don't care about customers on the que,they are cleaning the shop because they want to knock off.most pep store around Pretoria&polokwane&lebowakgomo&Zb moletlane this are pep stores that I use especially during back to school.the service is very....very very.... pooooooooooooor&it is the most supported store in the world,on back 2 school,winter &summer things but their services& attitude towards customer very bad
