Very rude staff and failed promises

Hi i had purchased a phone from pep blue route mall on 8/11/20 within less than a month i had issues with the phone i returned back to the store to advise them the lady kindly took my phone and said to return after 6 weeks to collect my phone back 6 weeks later i return back and I am met with a very rude lady whom claims i must come back at end of jan 2021 she claims I cannot get my phone as its not at store I ask her to acll the repair centre she says that I must wait after 1 hour she returns and tells me she nwill call back on monday 21/12/20 I then wait for the call as she said she will call at 11 at 15:30 I call her back to ask why she did not call she asks me very rude why am I calling as she said I should wait on her call and that she is busy I must not disturb her for stupid things please help!!!
