Very rude consultant working with Aluwani

My name is Malebo. I'm a business consultant. I got the most terrible service at Pep. There's a lady consultant who was standing beside Aluwani the consultant that was at the till. This woman is very rude. She told me and the customers behind me that it is common sense to know where to stand when you're queueing at the till. I asked why don't they have markings to show us where to queue, the lady responded by saying it is not her job to tell pep clients where to queue and she gets tired explaining to clients all the time. I told her I work at a business office where we constantly guide clients where to queue to avoid confusion and fighting amongst themselves. Aluwani was reprimanding her but she continued being rude. The situation was so embarrassing and my 12 yr old daughter had to witness this unruly behaviour
