Very rude and disrespectful staff at Pep cell in Phumula shopping centre

Pep cell at Phumula shopping centre the staff they are rude and disrespectful. This is probably the forth time I receive such disrespect glad a customer from Pep cell. There was this other day I went there to do Paxi and they wrote wrong store code and I asked them to fix it by calling Paxi and they told me that they don’t have a landline I should see for myself on what I do and it was their fault. They treat us as useless and as if they are doing us a favour they don’t wanna work. And this is not the first time I’m complaining probably the last time I’m using Pep cell cos they are very disrespectful and rude they don’t have customer service at all. This other time we waited on the line for maybe 10 minutes while they were in the stuff room busy laughing and gossiping and they the others outside with friends . We had to complain in order to be helped, Do something about this Pep cell. Neliswa and Ongeziwe told me straight that they don’t care even if I can complain to care line.
