VERY RUDE AND BUL**** SERVICE FROM THE CASHIER

I normally do my clothing shopping at Florida Pep Store, but this particular day the 30-03-2024 i went to pay for my lay bye and i was assisted by a lady named Lindy, God where do i start, I greeted her and she ignored me i had to force her to respond, afterward she failed to give me customer services but instead she opted to be very rude. I asked her how much is the total amount i have to pay, the answer was cant i see on the screen, she normally don't tell people the amount because it's written there, i then asked her, if she had a bad day, she said im not gonna be telling her about her day. The most frustrating thing was that the store manager was present and listening and never bothered to ask what was the problem, instead she moved away. I told Lindy she is acting out of proportion and she said she will never stop it, i am still shocked from that woman behavior. May i ask that she go for training or moved from the front and be placed at the back office. Looking at her she is a grown woman for the behavior but i saw a bully on Tuesday, who does not want to be told, i suspect the manager moved away because she knows how she acts towards people. I really beg for her to get training and learn to re-arrange her face when speaking to people. Her attitude is not nice/acceptable at all. i asked her how much is the plastic bag because that's the question she had for me before she can even greet me, she said it depends. Then i asked myself must i asked her it depends on what? she continued to be rude, i gave her R2 and she never gave me my change. How i wish that they have cameras so that everything can be seen and heard how bad is she. I will really appreciate for this matter to be attended, i think the are a lot of people who have been treated this way by this woman but could not come forward. She is very bad i must say. I don't even mind to come forward and approach her in front of her manager as she also failed me, hearing the conflict between me and Lindy and did not get bothered to ask. I don't want to stop purchasing from that Pep is closer to work place and convenient, though im very disappointed.
