Very rude and arrogant staff

PEP BREE AND SIMMONS VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE TELLERS...

The service at PEP STORE at corner Bree and Simmons is a nightmare, you are not allowed to send an envelope you will be told they are offline and should they be able to assist you they ask you to open the envelope so they can see what's inside or any package for that reason they expect you to open and for them to see what's inside, even if you specify its documents or electronics, in which the precautions don't state that you not allowed to send documents or electronics, it states hazardous things only, and without a reason the manager at the store is also very very rude and ****** damn arrogant... So is most of the staff!!!

Our business is next to this store but we can not use their service reason unknown....

Can someone from head office explain to me why are we not allowed to use the Paxi postal services while they have nationwide...

Is there any specific reason why ALL PEP STORES in Johannesburg CBD are choosing who to give such services and why this particular Pep stores tellers are very rude including their own manager...

They will talk to you as if we are a piece of **** and especially if you speak English you are in for a shock of your life...

This is very bad and someone needs to address it.
