Very poor customer server, rude, disrespectful employees

Very rude sales assistants with poor customer service, I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated this afternoon.

I went to the store to pay (easy pay) then bought something, it was miss priced less when they scanned it the price went up. I asked the lady why they don’t check the prices regularly instead to avoid such confusions. Moleboheng was extremely rude to me telling me there is nothing she can do and that “you win some you loose some” talking to me like I’m her friend or some random person not a paying loyal customer. The level of disrespect I received from pep home Rustenburg was uncalled for, she and kego did not try to defuse the situation at all because I asked them to call the manager and they refused.

It left me wondering if pep even takes their employees to customer training because what I experienced today clearly shows that the lady’s at that store know nothing about customer service or even talking politely to customer and handling situation the correct way so the customer will be happy at the end of the day.
