Very poor client service

Poor client service that I have received countless times at Pep in Spruitview.The first encounter was when they were moping the shop while we were shopping and there was no caution sign.Ine lady shouted at me saying can’t I see that it’s wet ang my question is why mop the store while we are doing our shopping? Where must I walk ? Today I wanted to use paxi to send a parcel they just said they don’t send it because it will break yet I received it via paxi .Still even if that was the case what bothered me is the way they spoke to me it was very rude and we can’t help you like they want to just dismiss you.I’m so disgusted with the level of disrespect that they was shown me .
