Very dissatisfied and dissapointed

Today I visited PEP STORES in N1 City Mall in Cape Town. I had bought a school grey pants for my son but it was too big so had to return it. A very rude lady named Michaela pushed me. There were few people on the floor she was sitting inside an office I called more than 3 times she tried to hide. I entered n called she literally got up and pushed me out. She said I wasn't allowed in there I said but I have been calling for assistance and you pretended you can't hear me. I was very disappointed by this treatment as I no longer have interest in buying at Pep anymore.
