Very dissatisfied and disappointed

How is it that a parcel that was sent on the 4th of November has still not reached its destination even after you guys said it will be delivered on the 16th of November? You guys are making us seem unprofessional because even after the countless calls and emails sent to you there is still nothing being done about this. The emails are not even read nor answered.
