VERY DISSAPOINTED AT PEP CLOTHING STORE AT TWIN CITY MALL, BLOEMFONTEIN

I had two laybuys that i last made paymets to the day i was making the laybuy. The one at Pep store in Rocklands and the other one at Pep store at Twin City Mall. On the 23 December 2025 i started in Rocklands to pay off and collect the laybuy and i received it without any hassle, then proceeded to Twin City Mall to pay off and collect the other laybuy. I was then told by the store manager "tall dark guy" who i could not get his name as i was going thru some personal challenges and i was not focused at the time that my laybuy was taken out because i wasn't making the monthly payments towards the laybuy.

I asked him in shock and dissapointment how is that possible since i just came from the other Pep store and i received the laybuy without any issues. He then told me that he was working at Pep store in Rocklands and the reason i received my other laybuy there is because the people that make laybuys at Pep store in Rocklands are pensioners and they can't afford to pay those small monthly laybuy payment and the people making laybuy at Pep Twin City Mall are teachers, nurses, etc. So they are expected to make those monthly payments towads the laybuy. At the time of making the laybuy i was never told about that terms and conditions. I am so dissapointed because the laybuy consisted of my kids Christmas and New years clothes. I ended up not getting clothes from other shops for my daughter as it was last minutes and people already bought most of the nice clothes for their kids. So she ended up wearing her old clothes. I had to look the pain in my daughters eyes while she was crying as she could not understand the dissapointment received from Pep store.

All they could say is sorry after i laid a complain.
