Very Disgusting Customer Service

I've asked my mom to visit Pep store @Boitumelo Welkom(FS) to courier some documents for me yesterday 2024-03-12 (11h15). When she arrived at the store was assisted by 2 very rude ladies, not wearing the names bedges on. They asked mom to give out the PAXI number for the shop where's she's sending the parcel to, but she then replies stating she doesn't know it. The other ladies insisted on not assisting her until she gets the code. Even though my mom explains that the parcel is for Boksburg Ravenswood. My mom she then calls me asking for the information was asked by the cashiers, I then responded by saying they hvsvae to check on the system, It should pick up the store, I bear in mind the phone was on the speaker, I heard the rude cashier saying we won't assist, I then rep**** stating I will come to the store.. Woow the response I got from the ladies was.. I must come they will show me flames and swearing blah blah.. Finally they assisted my mom because I did recieve the msg details and reference number. Im so shocked with pep service and how they treat elderly and swearing to them without fear. Is this cashier attend customer service trainings? and why they assist Client without revealing their names? I really want PEP MANAGEMENT to look at this matter and advise accordingly. Honestly I'm Flabbergasted and I don't wish my mom to visit that store in the near aa future!!
