Very disappointed with service

Online and also on the entrance door it says the shop opens at 8:00 am .I'm still outside standing from 8:00 an now it's 8:36 and the shop it's close .just imagine Im rushing for 8:00 am over 30 minutes outside the shop .this it's totally unacceptable.pep stores Motherwell shopping centre
