Very Disappointed – No Feedback and Promotion Not Honoured

I bought a Huawei E5576 router from Pep Cell Store 4577 on 25 September with a promotion of 50GB + 50GB for 30 days, but only 2GB was loaded. I reported the issue immediately and provided all the details, including the SIM and IMEI numbers, but I have received no feedback, no call, and no resolution.

This has affected my work and cost me financially, and I feel completely ignored and let down. This experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I just want Pep/Vodacom to honour the promotion and resolve this matter urgently.
